What we collect

Account data (name, email, workspace details), the customer and lead records you store (contacts, policies, conversations, appointments), lead-form submissions delivered by advertising integrations (including consent evidence, timestamps, and source identifiers), billing state, and operational logs kept free of card data and secrets.

What we deliberately do not hold

Card numbers and CVVs never enter NorthCrown — payment collection happens on Stripe's hosted pages and we store only opaque references and safe display metadata (brand, last four digits).

Service providers

Stripe (payments and subscriptions), Resend (transactional email such as verification and billing notices), Render (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), Meta and LeadsBridge (lead-form delivery where you use the marketplace), and Twilio (SMS, where enabled). Each receives only what its function requires.

How data is used

To operate the CRM, deliver leads you are eligible for, bill subscriptions and wallet funding, send transactional email, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Isolation and security

Workspaces are separated with database-level tenant isolation and server-side authorization; sensitive fields are encrypted at rest where designated; secrets are kept out of code and logs. No security is absolute — report concerns to support.

Retention and your rights

Workspace data persists while your account exists (including through suspension) so nothing is lost during billing recovery. Contact support to export or delete data; where privacy laws grant access, correction, or deletion rights, we honor verified requests. Lead consent records are retained as compliance evidence.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in; we do not run third-party advertising trackers inside the application.
